Replacement Punch

Overview:

The Velo Bind V110e is an updated version of the GBC Velo Bind V110, an electric punch designed for punching holes for four pin reclosable Velo Binding strips. The punch is a cheaper alternative for companies who like the look of GBC Velo Bind not want to spend more than $ 1000 on a hot knife binding system. The V110e is an inexpensive binding system with a high-end look that makes it easy for the addition or removal of pages.

Features:

The V110e uses a simple to operate push button punching control that can punch up to 24 sheets (actually more like 20) with four small round hole pattern – and impressive punching capacity for such a cheap electric machine. The punch also has a positive jam release lever on its side to help with potential paper jams. For prevention of paper jams, only punch 2 plastic covers at a time and not overload the machine. This is essential to prevent delays and ensure that the V110 operates at maximum capacity and efficiency. The V110e includes a small resealable Velo Bind bind bind the tool. This small gray plastic tool is used to pin down in the back of the receiving strip during the binding process push. Furthermore the instrument can also be used to help you edit the documents if the pins are tied released later. This gives you the flexibility to edit your projects in a fast, easy and seamless way.

Restrictions:

The V110e is very effective but is not without limitations. First, it is just a punch, and does not include a finisher of any kind, so inserting the four pin strips through the holes and break them in place is a manual process. This is not a problem for small projects, but is impractical and tedious for larger volume projects. Punching large numbers of transparent plastic lids or using this punch too many may die for a boring start. Unfortunately, the dies for this machine are not interchangeable, which the replacement of the entire machine if this happens. A perforated plastic or poly covers are recommended in the V110e and luckily, the hole pattern 11 for Velo Bind pin compatible with the four pin pattern used by the V110e items must be perforated so readily available.

There are a limited number of supplies available for the V110e binding system. Currently, four pin strips available in black, burgundy and navy blue and white strips used to be available, but are now discontinued. If these three colors to fit your needs then the V110e is not good suitable for you.

Moreover, if you are looking for the security of a traditional hot knife Velo Bind system, then potentially, the V110e not the system that suits your needs requirements. The V110e, with its resealable strips, is by no means the perfect choice for those who a large part of the security.

Recommendation:

If you look Velo Bind and are looking for an economic solution than the V110e is the recommended option for you. It has style and function at a price you can afford. This machine Ideal for organizations with low to medium amounts of binding work, or looking for a very professional looking, resealable binding solution. If your needs include high security or high-volume, however, the V110e may not be the best binder for you, with its limitations in this area. Great value! Yes. Great Security? Not necessarily. But the electrical GBC V110 is a good option and should be carefully considered binding for your needs.

Vegan Power Foods for Long Cardio Sessions?

I'm doing 2 hours of cardio a day. I will go vegan, but I wonder how I can make a difference What protein foods can I eat to keep my energy up. Even with my current meat and dairy products including diet, I get tired in the center of the second hour. Need to know what to eat to stay alive and happy! I hate synthetics (dust and such) and do not like meal replacement bars (which really make me more tired). Any good fruits and vegetables known package at once? *** Everyone had great answers and some of you were very informative – thank you so much !****

I'm doing 2 hours of cardio a day. I will go vegan, but I wonder how I can pay the difference in protein and What foods can I eat to keep my energy arriba. "Not really that hard to get enough protein. You not speciffically need more protein is needed more calories. Even with my current meat and dairy products including diet, I get tired in the middle of the second hour. Need to know what to eat to stay alive and cheerful, "Meat and dairy products has been shown to slow down.I lasted one hour a day at about 6 mph, and it is easy for me.I would not call it cardio, but it's decent. I hate to synthetic products (powders and such) and I do not like meal replacement bars (which actually make me more tired). Any good fruits and vegetables known package at once? Brandon Brazier makes vegan energy bars, I've heard are good, maybe you EBE, at least give it a try.Personally, I like beans and brown rice.I try to eat carbohydrates that are slower burning.I always have a strawberry and banana (the banana constitutes the bulk of the shake) shake with flax oil and alittle bit of soy milk as a protein absorption is slow. —————————– ——————— — Vegetarian and vegan athletes are at the top in their sports. Carl Lewis, the runner, won nine Olympic gold medals. Lewis says he had his best performance as an athlete after he adopted a vegan diet. Ruth Heidrich, a vegan Ironman triathlete and marathon runner has accumulated over 700 first-place trophies and several records performance. It was also named one of 10 most eligible women in North America. At Yale, Professor Irving Fisher designed a series of tests to compare the resistance and strength of meat eaters to vegetarians. He selected men from three groups: those athletes who eat meat, vegetarian athletes, and vegetarian sedentary subjects. Fisher reported the results of their study in the Yale Medical results Journal. His not seem to pay much credence to the prejudices people who hold the meat to be a builder of strength. "Of the three comparison groups, the … meat eaters showed far less resistance than abstainers (vegetarians), even if the latter was leading a sedentary life. "Overall, the average score of the vegetarians was over double the average score of the meat eaters, although half of the vegetarians were sedentary people, while all meat-eaters tested were athletes. After analyzing all the factors that could have been involved in the results, Fisher concluded that "… the difference in strength between meat eaters and the abstainers (was) completely to the difference in their diet …. There is strong evidence that a. .. no meat … diet is conducive to resistance. "A similar study was conducted by Dr. J. Ioteyko Academy of Medicine of Paris. Dr. Ioteyko compared the resistance of vegetarians and meat eaters from all walks of life in a variety of tests. Vegetarians on average two to three times more energy than meat eaters. Even more remarkable, he had only one fifth of the time for recovery from fatigue in comparison with rivals meat. In 1968, a Danish research team analyzed a group of men in a variety of diets, using a stationary bicycle to measure their strength and endurance. Men were fed a mixed diet of meat and vegetables for a period of time, and then tested on the bike. The average time they could pedal before muscle failure was 114 minutes. These same men at a later date were fed a diet high in meat, milk and eggs for a similar period and then re-tested on the bicycles. In the high-meat diet, their pedaling time before muscle failure dropped significantly – an average of only 57 minutes. Later, they were switched to these same men to a vegan diet consisting of grains, vegetables and fruits, and then tested on the bicycles. Lack f animal products did not seem to affect their performance – Who pedaled an average of 167 minutes. As long as the evidence of this nature have been conducted, results were similar. This does not lend much support to the alleged association of the flesh with the strength and endurance. Doctors in Belgium systematically compared the number of times that vegetarians and meat-eaters could squeeze a grip meters. The vegetarians won handily with an average of 69, while meat-eaters averaged only 38. As in all other studies that have measured the recovery time muscle, here, too, the vegetarians bounced back from fatigue far more quickly than carnivores. I know of many other studies in the literature to report similar findings. But I know not one that has reached different results. As a result, I confess, it has gotten more difficult for me to hear seriously to the meat industry proudly proclaiming "meat gives strength" against the overwhelming evidence to the contrary. The achievement of vegetarian athletes are especially noteworthy considering the relatively small percentage of vegetarian operator. The athletes, after all, are not immune to the cultural conditioning that meat alone which gives the necessary strength and endurance. However, some have adopted vegetarian diets and the results invite scrutiny. Dave Scott, of Davis, California, is universally recognized as the best triathlete in the world. He has won the legendary Hawaii Ironman a record four times, including three years in a row, while no one else has done it more than time. The event consists of the succession, a 2.4km ocean swim, a 112-mile cycle and then a 26.2 mile run. Dave calls the idea that people, especially athletes need animal protein a "ridiculous fallacy. There are many people who are considered the fittest man Dave Scott who ever lived. Dave Scott is a vegetarian. I do not know how they could determine the world's strongest man. But if there is Dave Scott could well be Sixto Linares. This remarkable man the time says: "When I became a vegetarian in high school, my parents were very, very upset that I would not eat meat … After fourteen years, finally accepted that it is good for me. They know they will kill me. "During the fourteen years Sixto parents reluctantly came to accept that their no diet was killing him, saw his son set the world record for longest single day of triathlon, and show their incredible strength, speed and strength in the benefits for the region of America Home Association, United Way, Special Children's Charity, the Leukemia Society of America, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. So deeply rooted, however, is prejudice against vegetarianism that even if your child shows himself to possibly be the fittest man alive, his parents only reluctantly came to accept their diet. Sixto says he experimented for a while with ovo-lacto-vegetarian diet (no meat, but some dairy products and eggs), but now does not eat eggs or dairy products and feel better. There seems to be weakening too. In June 1985, at a benefit for Dystrophy Association Muscular, Sixto broke the world record for the day triathlon swim 4.8 miles, cycling 185 miles, and then run 52.4 miles. Then there's Edwin Moses. No man in the history of sport has dominated an event like Edwin Moses dominated the 400m hurdles. Olympic gold medalist was eight years without losing a race, and when Sports Illustrated gave its 1984 "Sportsman of the Year," the magazine said: "No athlete in any sport is so respected by his colleagues as Moses is on track and field. "Edwin Moses is a vegetarian. Paavo Nurmi, Finland's" Flying ", set in the world twenty long-distance records and won nine Olympic medals. He was a vegetarian. Bill Pickering, of Great Britain set the world record for swimming the English Channel, but the performance of your pales beside the fact that at the age of 48 years set a new world record for swimming the Bristol Channel. Bill Pickering is a vegetarian. Murray Rose was 17 years old when she won three gold medals at the Olympic Games 1956 in Melbourne, Australia. Four years later, in the Olympics in 1960, became the first man in history to retain his title of 400-meter freestyle, and later broke both his 400 meters freestyle and 1500m world records. Considered by many as the greatest swimmer of all time, Rose has been a vegetarian since she was two years. You could not expect to find a vegetarian in world championship body-building competitions. But Andreas Cahling, the Swedish body builder who won the 1980 Mr. International title, is a vegetarian, as it has been for over ten years of highest level of international competition. A magazine reported that "Cahling shows in the Mr. Universe contest, and the professional body building of world championships, giving the impression that in may be the next Arnold Schwarzenegger. "Another guy who is not exactly a weakling is Stan Price. He holds the record bench press world in his weight class. Stan Price is a vegetarian. Roy Hilliger is another gentleman in whose face you might not want to kick the sand. Among his many titles, is the coveted Mr. America crown. Hilliger Roy is a vegetarian. (J. Robbins, Diet for a New America) ——————————— —— I have read that 95% of athletes feel better after eating a vegetarian diet. This e-mail is one of the toughest athletes and more talent on this planet, Paul Chetirkin. He is 100 percent Vegetarian and competes several times a year in extreme sports competitions, including the Eco-Challenge, more intense competition in the world, without exception. —– Original Message —– From: Paul Chetirkin [pchetirkin@hotmail.com] Sent: Friday, 07 of may 2004 6:57 PM As a vegan diet for athletes, first I have to tell everyone that do not even pay attention to the vegetarian as it is more of a lifestyle now, because I've been doing this for 15 years. However, not a knight of It is therefore very important that people pay attention to what they are eating at least when you are first starting out. If you are a student, one thing that most affect your options is the availability of plant foods in the school lunchroom. If there is a lack of food choices, talk with the principal dining room to bring plant foods. Since that most schools are catching on with a healthy diet, this should not be too difficult. The first thing to really stress one complete diet is variety. Gary supports me in this. In fact, when Gary visited recently, we went shopping and did the routine of rainbow in the produce section. He got something red (strawberries), blue (blueberries), green (grape), orange (cantaloupe), yellow (banana), etc. Basically, keep a variety of foods in my body is going to achieve the greatest cumulative effect. In my case, they usually try to find something different. I like to shop at Asian grocery stores because you can bet they have things there that are good for you and are usually a hell of a lot cheaper than big retailers. I eat lots of dark greens or dark green vegetables only – steamed, raw, in a vegan pot-pie, whatever. This is the anchor of my diet. It's good and useful protein, less cholesterol and other animal-derived chemical which excludes from its body elements and other valuable nutrients (calcium is one – and it's important for you as you work on your strength). Therefore, eating the vegetables of the best calcium, along with soybeans, tofu or sesame seeds that are rich in calcium. DO NOT rely on milk for calcium. Dairy is the worst source of calcium and protein found in cow's milk is too acidic for your body to digest. And the acid of the protein forces your kidneys to excrete calcium not only cow's milk, but our bones as well. Good calcium intake is key to your recovery time as well as bone is the muscle protein after workouts heavy. Trust me, when my computer for 24 hours of continuous training sessions for adventure races (trekking over 30 miles, bike 100 miles kayak 20 miles), always recover with lightning speed, because veganism is the best diet for the human body. The concern of the protein is a myth. It is based on modeling by scientists who were hired by the meat and dairy industries. Gary is right – you can get mad protein tofu, beans and lentils, and even vegetables. Always remember this – it is not a fat or carbohydrates, is a protein. So eat vegetables because they are mainly carbohydrates and proteins. But do not slow as cholesterol, animal protein loaded. I approach this from a perspective of very large image. Another thing to think about your body and your exercise routine not just what you put into it, ie – the amount of protein, etc – but what it does to you once you have it. The thing about meat is that he is dead, and I'm not being dramatic. Dead Food – meat – is very acidic – because decomposition occurs immediately. Microbes began to break the issue and concentrated acids. When you put globs of acidic foods in the body is telling you that your system is not happening here is a breakdown, which is the wrong signal to the muscles who are really being tested during training. Now take the opposite – live foods are alkaline – high energy efficiency and production, the effects of healing, etc. are more alkaline foods regeneration and have a more positive impact on your system during and after strenuous activity. Living foods like spinach leaf salad green with a large block of tofu marinated in soy sauce and sesame oil with all other plants – is more useful to you than a big piece meat. The presence of alkaline foods in your body gives you more endurance while working, stop pain in the muscles faster, and also to keep Young and – Meaning – your peak performance level faster and stay there longer. I am 33 years now and the stronger, faster, with more than I have had resistance. And I also played rugby for 10 years. Veganism has really helped me to invest a lot of the damage I did to my body and bones as I played. So the variety is key! If it is too difficult to buy fresh produce, then even canned vegetables are fine. I eat a lot of cans beans, chickpeas, black beans, beans, etc. Throw the salad well. In addition, new life (alkaline) foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, vegetables and grains – as opposed to dead foods that are heavy and processed (acidic), such as meat, cheese, lots of sugar, etc. – are critical to performance sustainedathletic. I really think that is essential for people to experiment and see what kind of food best job based on your tastes and other factors such as availability, funding, so I will give you an example from my diet though. I get up and run about 6-8 miles on the beach, followed by elevation (maintenance only) and plenty of CAL / stretching work. Most of what I can use my own body weight as tons of push-ups, pushups, crunches, etc. I drink a soy protein shake compound immediately after 8 ounces of apple juice, 2 tablespoons soy protein powder Trader Joe's (its about 25 grams of protein), cinnamon and a little water. I usually have a banana with that, too. Then, a bowl of nuts with raisins and cranberry juice or soy milk. Way to work (only a couple of miles) and walk home for lunch and that's when I have the salad beast. Spinach, lettuce, beans, tofu marinated artichoke hearts, onion, Bacos (hell yeah they are vegan), broccoli, peas, corn. What is not tied up, shot him in the evening, usually hop in my versaclimber for half an hour maintain metabolism and for dinner usually have some meat. I am a meat and potatoes kind of person. So Riblets kill large sandwich on a roll. The Riblets have tons of protein and it tastes like the real thing. Also, I snack all day on fruit, especially dried fruits such as nuts (trail mix). There. No big secret. Keep it varied and there is no need to worry, do not take vitamins, it's not needed. They are in all fruits and vegetables. When I was in college, starting as a vegan, do not have time or money to really give my full attention. And for that I say Taco Bell. Yes, fast food iKnow usually suck, but there is no hell of a lot you can do to demonize a bean burrito. It is complete protein, quickly and cheaply. And I lived on the bad boys of about a year and a half. But do yourself a favor and enter the kitchen and go crazy. Make some rice, some curry sauce (get some coconut milk and curry powder or paste), shed some soy cheese, onions, potatoes, and there you will not only have a healthy meal, but be damn tasty. If there is something specific you want to discuss, please feel free to ask away. As Gary mentioned, I do adventure races. I do this to show the world that can participate in extreme sporting events and more than that, and you can kick ass as a vegan, not just survive.
