I am a "big picture" type of person, but they struggle to find the steps. Is there something wrong?
I call it the reverse of "No You can see the forest through the trees, "I can not see the trees in the forest. Even when I get to do a step by step the list, I can not. This makes my wife nuts because they think it should be easy and have some "other" reason. Also, do not help in my career because I happen to wonderful concepts, but can not proceed with the nuts and bolts of it. Is there some other reason or just not capable?
I do not think lacks capacity. Only there's something blocking it.
