IP crime so long as the Internet, because the IP or Internet Protocol, is the instrument by which the Internet is allowed to work. We should also distinguish IP crime – Internet Protocol crime where criminal abuse of the Internet protocol is used in the commission of a crime, Intellectual Property Crime (confusingly also known as IP Crime "), refers to the criminal abuse of intellectual property, such as illegal duplication of compact discs or digital video.
To understand IP crime, should We understand what an IP address is and how the Internet and the machines and hardware that go to form the infrastructure to make use of them.
Each machine is connected to the Internet, computers, laptops, mobile phones, routers, printers and more, all have an assigned IP address. You have probably seen an IP address and they usually look like this:

Four sets of numbers separated by three dots – the dots have no meaning and there are people to read the numbers easily. The computer does not use these numbers as we see them, but uses their binary equivalent – without going into detail, this is just a numbering only two digits, 0 and 1 used. When machines talk to each other or simply relaying information as part of the network to use the internet, they do this through IP addresses.
The problem is that IP addresses can be easily copied or "distorted" – this means that a machine used by a criminal, a different machine can tell, such as your laptop, they have an IP address that the audience knows is "friendly". It is also happy to communicate and share some and we emphasize only some information, but it opens a chink in the security of the target. Because a criminal a small degree of access to a target machine, they may, if security is not tight enough or technical expertise of the criminal to the task, which allows greater exploitation.
This ability to "spoof" an IP address using the inherent weak authentication the IP system. This means that your computer or network security should be set at a higher level than the IP address, and usually takes cryptographic techniques that are embedded in applications you use.
By sending spoofed IP information, the criminal may be able to get the target machine or network to perform some action that allows further entry or stop other security protections from operations. Some applications still rely on IP address and they are sensitive for those under the control of an attacker with that information. Examples where the login information is handled in the IP address level and where the hacker gains access to the system or an application simply because they have the IP address that unlocks their safety.
IP Session Hacking is another form of IP crime a greater degree of sophistication than IP spoofing required. Yet it is a very dangerous form of attack, because the user is unaware that they now have control over their machine taken away from them. An example is when a user is writing an e-mail, in the middle of the e-mail session is hijacked by the criminal court, but the user sees is what they are logged or lost a connection. This happens, so they just sign back, and remain blessed not aware that everything they do on the machine can now be done by the hijacker, including access to online banking or accessing sensitive documents.
