Gathering is the sewing technique used for many applications in various sewing projects. Ruffles are one example of collected dust, blown up like sleeve caps. Gathering is accomplished by the first application of stabbing long called basting, and gently pulling up on the wires to the dust.
- For machine baste, set your sewing machine stitch length of its longest available.
- Stitch basting stitch along the seam line where you will be on most commercial patterns 5 / 8 inch from the fabric edge.
- Stitch again 1 / 4 of an inch in the seam allowance.
- Two lines of stitching keeps your meeting even more, and keep your collection in if a wire breaks. This is especially important in long lengths, such as collecting waist areas.
- Gently pulling up on a wire to collect the material.
- Evenly divide the collection, and finish sewing your seam according to directions.
For very thin or slippery substances can, you need a little smaller stitch length to use to keep your stabbing smoothly. Always make your patterns, if you will have to line up the area with specific areas collected another piece of your garment. As you have not noticed, you will not know where the pieces match.
If you're collecting a small area, you can wrap one end of the wire around a pin to hold anchored in place and prevent the wire completely out of your sewing pieces.
Machine harvesting is a technique that you used in many sewing patterns. Practice a few times on scrap fabric until you are satisfied with the technique, and you are on your way to more successful sewing projects.

Where can I find an online user manual for a fax machine Canon H12228 number?
I lost my manual / Manual for my fax machine and can not remember how to program or delete phone numbers into the machine. I thought if I could find the online the user, then tell me how. But I have not been able to find the user guide online anywhere. I've tried the Canon website and was not useful. Does anyone know where I can find the user manual for this fax machine in particular?
