Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival – Trailer 2007

Italian Renaissance painter, sculptor, architect, poet, and engineer, Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni Michelangelo Buonarroti Michelangelo or was simply a force or consider the field of art. His 'Renaissance' painting "The Creation of Adam" is a definition of power in the art world. Made around 1511, The painting illustrates a story from the biblical book of Genesis that the creation discourses of the God of the first man, Adam, on earth. The A-480 cm 230 cm (189.0 "Ã-90 6") mural adorns the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel in Vatican City, Italy.

"The Creation of Adam" focuses on two characters, God and Adam. God depicted as a passive bearded man, dressed in a loose robe, reaching to the other naked man, Adam, on the lower left corner. The outstretched arms and hairline gap between the fingers of God and Adam, in an almost mirroring shapes, creates instantly a powerful and strong but implicit in the minds of viewers. You're left to understand and to some extent represent the a process of Adam spark like magic from the Finger of God into his life.

God, supported by angels, wrapped in shawls against a pink background, that is the shape of a brain is supposed to demonstrate the process and the plan of God's creation, with emphasis on the fact that the creation of man was in the "likeness of God. "The woman in the presence of God is called Eve. Michelangelo would have tried the process of human existence, passed by a woman, with the help of a green ribbon runs through it, symbol of a freshly cut umbilical cord.

Of the two figures behind God's shoulders, the one on the right with brown-black hair means the Holy Spirit, while the left one of the divine nature of Jesus represents. Interestingly enough, Jesus' human nature also recognized when God is seen resting on his fingers (Jesus' human nature) shoulder. It also believes that masterpiece of Michelangelo, "The Creation of Adam", images of the promising early human relationship, are inspired by a medieval hymn "Veni Creator Spiritus'.

An examination by a physician named Frank Lynn Mesh Berger, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association in 1990, provides that the form prescribed behind God in Michelangelo's "Creation of Adam," is an anatomically accurate image of the human brains. It includes anatomical details, such as frontal lobe, optic chiasm, brainstem, pituitary, and the major sulci of the brains. It startled the art fraternity about what a Renaissance painter appeared to obtain the facts and accuracy of the delicate anatomy of the human brain.
