The first step in using a custom background in Microsoft
PowerPoint is available or a compatible file type in the creation
correct dimensions for your display hardware.
Many online sources offer pre-sized, royalty-free
backgrounds in every topic imaginable. For presenters
familiar with painting and photo-software like Adobe
PhotoShop to create an original background, a
option worth exploring.
For use on a standard American computer, Video
monitor or projected screen, your file in a 4:3
ratio. This four horizontal sections in three parts vertically means.
The area in pixels may vary but the share will remain
same. 800 x 600 x 768 and 1024 are the two most
sizes. Either size will be perfect from every stretch
corner of your slide.
The default setting in PowerPoint for a "Blank Presentation"
as "On-screen Show" will display the ratio 4:3.
PowerPoint deals in inches But instead of pixels, and
4:3 ratio are shown as a 10 "with 7.5" horizontal
(landscape) format.
Creating of a widescreen 16:9 ratio is a simple background
issue of having a broader art and adaptation of PowerPoint
dimensions in Page Setup. The canvas size your artwork
be 1024×576 and your PowerPoint dimensions
be 14.22 x 8.00 cm.
JPEG (. JPG) files with a maximum image quality are very
recommended as the file type of choice. Photographic detail
is good and the files are usually much smaller than
other methods of storing files. In a large presentation that can
a big difference, especially if you must send
file to others via e-mail.
Another way to file when using older
versions of PowerPoint, the use of the common background
the greatest number of your slides in your Slide Master. As
your presentation is twenty slides long and fifteen of them
be bullet-point slides, then the background created
bullets should be in your Master. The other slide
would each have their own custom background applied to
Slide the level. In newer versions of PowerPoint, multiple
Slide Masters are supported, making the decision moot.
Once you've selected a background file and the
PowerPoint file using the proper page-size setting, youÂ're
ready for your background image to insert. There are two ways
backgrounds – to be added by inserting or formatting.
Inserting the background file in your presentation as
simple as using a piece of clip-art. From your pull-down
menu choose "Insert"> "View"> "From File …" A window
will pop up allowing you search your PC and find the file
you would like to use. Your background will always
top of everything already on the slide, so you will need
Click through the "Draw"> "Order"> "Send to Back"
sequence.
Using the Insert> Image method is quick and easy, but
there is always a chance in the background can get bumped
while preparing your slides. This will result in a boundary
along one or two edges of your screen when you
Slide Show mode. The safe method for adding a custom
background by using "format."
With the layout of your background, you lock it in place and
electronic pin on each corner of your slide. This
ensures a perfect fit and concerns another background you
may previously have had. The process takes a little longer,
but half will become natural after a few attempts.
To format, click on "Format"> "Background". Then the
colored box (white is the default color) and select "Fill
Effects. "A" Image "tab will be visible, and it will click
show a button to "Select Picture …" After finding your file, you
will from sequence of menu "Insert" "OK" and
'Apply'. Thata is all there is!
Custom backgrounds in PowerPoint are a great way to
presentation a notch and give it that professional
edge top managers prefer. They are also a subtle way
show your audience you care about the material presented
by adding visual value to your slides.

Choose a subject matter (which said fashion) and explore that much detail as possible. The point of the mission is to get the drawing and creative thinking. One of the tasks I have given my students is to make 50 versions of the same item simple (like an orange). The first pieces are usually very few cliche, but after being forced to think about various solutions to a unique challenge. Only is released, be open and do not blame the issue. Collage is a great way to loosen up and get your creativity. Visit some websites like flckr, deviant art, etc, and look what others are doing. Go to a cafe and draw … just draw people's shoes under the table … in other words, just have fun.
