What is graphic design?

What is graphic design and you can indulge in some famous graphic designers? thaannnksss

For me, a graphic designer is half artist, half psychologist. They take the message of someone who wants Covey, and find a way to visually show the message effectively, through a combination of text and images. Andy Warhol began his career as a graphic artist, is probably the most famous I know. Here's a good article on his life and work: http://www.pbs.org/wnet/americanmasters/database/warhol_a.html

Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival – Trailer 2007

Italian Renaissance painter, sculptor, architect, poet, and engineer, Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni Michelangelo Buonarroti Michelangelo or was simply a force or consider the field of art. His 'Renaissance' painting "The Creation of Adam" is a definition of power in the art world. Made around 1511, The painting illustrates a story from the biblical book of Genesis that the creation discourses of the God of the first man, Adam, on earth. The A-480 cm 230 cm (189.0 "Ã-90 6") mural adorns the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel in Vatican City, Italy.

"The Creation of Adam" focuses on two characters, God and Adam. God depicted as a passive bearded man, dressed in a loose robe, reaching to the other naked man, Adam, on the lower left corner. The outstretched arms and hairline gap between the fingers of God and Adam, in an almost mirroring shapes, creates instantly a powerful and strong but implicit in the minds of viewers. You're left to understand and to some extent represent the a process of Adam spark like magic from the Finger of God into his life.

God, supported by angels, wrapped in shawls against a pink background, that is the shape of a brain is supposed to demonstrate the process and the plan of God's creation, with emphasis on the fact that the creation of man was in the "likeness of God. "The woman in the presence of God is called Eve. Michelangelo would have tried the process of human existence, passed by a woman, with the help of a green ribbon runs through it, symbol of a freshly cut umbilical cord.

Of the two figures behind God's shoulders, the one on the right with brown-black hair means the Holy Spirit, while the left one of the divine nature of Jesus represents. Interestingly enough, Jesus' human nature also recognized when God is seen resting on his fingers (Jesus' human nature) shoulder. It also believes that masterpiece of Michelangelo, "The Creation of Adam", images of the promising early human relationship, are inspired by a medieval hymn "Veni Creator Spiritus'.

An examination by a physician named Frank Lynn Mesh Berger, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association in 1990, provides that the form prescribed behind God in Michelangelo's "Creation of Adam," is an anatomically accurate image of the human brains. It includes anatomical details, such as frontal lobe, optic chiasm, brainstem, pituitary, and the major sulci of the brains. It startled the art fraternity about what a Renaissance painter appeared to obtain the facts and accuracy of the delicate anatomy of the human brain.

Graphic Design Posters

Poster Boy: The Graphic Design of Andrio Abero Trailer

Do not expect the adoption of your poster printing design and words in large posters billboards as you always would mean that the exposure you want. Even with large poster printing documents people do not usually respond positively.

Outdoor advertising, large format poster printing as you are usually the most attractive options for companies because capital at the geographic relationships in targeted markets.

Posters are used to attract crowds of people at once. With billboards, the goal is generated interest of directors with the design and message. Unlike a postcard or a flyer printing piece, a poster printing project is unique because more than one person, your message effectively read at a given moment.

However, despite the immensity and visibility features, billboards often become invisible to his audience. If you notice, there are large poster printing pieces that you slap in your face, while there are others who do not even notice, even if you drive past them every day. You only notice these poster printing documents as someone you designate them. Even with his 12 foot by 24 foot size, poster printing piece that has not caught your attention in any case. You know why?

Actually several reasons:

(1) the rel = "nofollow" href = "http://www.printplace.com/printing/poster-printing.aspx"> poster Print design is hohum so that you do not even remember what it says after passing by it;

(2) there are so many words in your poster printing project that you continue to put for the longest time before you even read or even understand what the poster printing project is all about;

(3) the poster printing design not even begin to interest;

(4) the poster printing piece you've been in the same place for more than 30 days.

If your billboard remains in one place for more than 30 days, the invisible to the extent that human brains actually been made to ignore your poster printing piece because it is used to see that every time. This is why a new and fresh billboard, and even the normal size poster printing pieces, get noticed after they are posted. Again after 30 days, the fresh poster then more than likely become invisible his usual patrons.

Another reason why your poster printing piece not receive the attention it deserves is because you have nothing else than the imagination from the passers pulling provided. There is nothing unusual or unique about. Your message poster printing, even the same things as your competition. It's the same with your design. You have the same layout and format as the others that your target clients actually mistake you for the same poster printing pieces of another company.

The worst, I think, is that people do not really understand what you say because you want your thesis and dissertation in your poster printing piece. An effective and successful billboard has two things: a compelling image, and a poster printing message that no more than 8 words. Most advertisers tend to make long outdoor poster prints advertising messages than are able to do.

Drivers and passengers, and even passers have the time to stay and hang up while reading your poster printing message. All they have is a few seconds to watch, read and understand what you have in your poster printing project. So make sure your few seconds of fame wisely.

Do the opposite of these things and I am sure the next time you big poster printing piece on top, it would certainly make sure that your audience not only impressed by her, but actually remember your details so the next minute they go home go, they will be able to remember your contact number and your call for more information.

Best in the Florida State University Graphic Design / Computer Animation?

I wanted opinions on what is the best university Florida is a graphic design / computer animation major? However, it must be a state university, not a private school, such as Ringling. For example, after college I would get a job designing for print publications (such as movie posters and such) or make the effects work / animation for films (such as ILM [Industrial Light and Magic]). Thanks for any help.
